Protein Cookies! Squash the sweet tooth attack…

High-Protein Cookies You Can Eat GUILT FREE!

Anyone who know me knows I stay out of that room with “devices with knobs” as much as possible.  But, when I saw that I could actually bake something using so few ingredients…..I jumped on it!  (it didn’t hurt that I was 4 days into eating “clean” and REAAALLLLYYYY needed something sweet).

Try these or add your own twist and let me know what you think.


14 cookies (1 cookie per serving)


bananas, mashed

egg (or 1 flax egg)

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

scoops vanilla Tone It Up Protein

coconut oil spray


STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
STEP 2: Combine all ingredients in bowl.
STEP 3: On a cookie sheet sprayed with coconut oil spray, add 2 tbsp. of the mixture to make 14 macaroons. Bake for 13 minutes.

NOTES:  These really hit the spot when you are limiting your sweet intake!
