Blueberry Sangria

Found out about this little treat just before Labor Day…..what a great excuse to whip up a batch, right?!


2 Bottles dry white wine (I’m loving Pinot Grigio for this)

1 Bunch fresh mint

2 Cups fresh or frozen blueberries

10 oz Sparkling water

Combine wine and mint in a large pitcher.  Muddle (translation: squash) the mint into the wine.  Add blueberries and store in fridge for 4 Р6 hours or overnight.

When serving, pout sangria into glasses and top with 1 oz of sparkling water.

Recipe serves: 10 (don’t know who the original creator of this magic is….but…our batch barely survived 4 of us!!!)
