Thick & Creamy Chocolate Protein Shake

Chocolate Protein Shake (to die for….)

Okay, this Chocolate Shake may be a “basic” but, still a STAPLE of mine!  Simple, classic, delicious, and I promise, it never gets old.

 

Ingredients:

3/4 C  Skim Milk (or milk of choice)

1.5 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (I use 100% whey isolate)

1  frozen Banana, sliced

1 Tbs Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)

 

Prepare:

  1.  Add ingredients into blender, putting the frozen banana in last and blend until smooth.
  2.  Serve and enjoy immediately.  You can even chill the glass prior to serving for an extra thick, cold treat!

This is SO thick and creamy…..I eat it with a spoon.  Dessert in a glass!
