Thick & Creamy Chocolate Protein Shake
Chocolate Protein Shake (to die for….)
Okay, this Chocolate Shake may be a “basic” but, still a STAPLE of mine! Simple, classic, delicious, and I promise, it never gets old.
3/4 C Skim Milk (or milk of choice)
1.5 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (I use 100% whey isolate)
1 frozen Banana, sliced
1 Tbs Almond Butter (or nut butter of choice)
- Add ingredients into blender, putting the frozen banana in last and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy immediately. You can even chill the glass prior to serving for an extra thick, cold treat!
This is SO thick and creamy…..I eat it with a spoon. Dessert in a glass!
