Healthy Chocolate Donuts…

High Protein Chocolate Donuts


Who doesn’t LOVE a cute chocolate donut every once in a while (or daily)?  But, as with most of the population, I suspect we all made the commitment on Jan 1st to cut back on sugar…….right?!

I have tried these amazing chocolate donuts and was surprised by how good they were AND how they satisfied my ENORMOUS sugar craving.


  • 1 scoop of Quest Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 2 TBSP (14g) coconut flour

  • 2 TBSP (14g) almond flour

  • 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch processed, if available, yields the richest flavor)

  • 1 ¼ tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • 5 fl oz liquid egg whites

  • 3 fl oz unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice)

Optional protein frosting: (like any frosting is EVER optional!)
