First VRBO Experience….

Mai Tai’s are mandatory on way over…….

Taking our annual jaunt to the Big Island this year and wanted to try something new.  Our old standby is staying at the Mauna Kea Beach Resort.  It’s been around for 50 + years and seems to do everything just right.  But, with two couples going and wanting to do something a bit more private and relaxing, we opted for a VRBO rental.  We reviewed pages of properties and finally decided on a spacious, three-bedroom home with ocean view on the Hapuna Golf Course.  We’d heard lots of great VRBO stories and a few frightening ones……so, we were a teeny bit apprehensive.  But, all were up for a “first”!

What a fabulous surprise!  The property was everything we were looking for……upscale, super roomy and had matching Master Suites on either end of the home.  You don’t always get that option and then one couple ends of with a “less than private” feel to their accommodations.

I’d highly recommend this option if you have a favorite spot and want to take it up a notch.

Nothing like Champagne to kick-off the stay!  The kitchen featured Wolf ranges, convection ovens, sub-zero refrigerator and just about every appliance and dish combo you’d ever need or want.

The first thing you see when entering is the large and well-laid out patio and deck.  Pool and jacuzzi warmed and ready.

Our Villa was right on the Hapuna Golf Course.  We played the first day – beautiful ocean course.

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any better…..a spectacular sunset.

I’ve been surfing online more than three hours today, yet
I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me.
In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made
good content as you did, the web will be much more useful
    than ever before.

Right here is the right blog for anyone who really wants
to understand this topic. You realize so much its almost hard to argue with
you (not that I really would want to…HaHa). You certainly put a brand new spin on a topic that
has been written about for a long time. Excellent stuff, just great!

Howdy just wanted to give you a brief heads up
and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading properly.

I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried
it in two different internet browsers and both show the same outcome.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a
hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!

LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
