Okay………a small confession today……I love getting those lists of calorie counts for stuff you eat during the “fun” holidays.  I got ahold of this one through out Club.  It makes favorite foods at once both exciting and terrifying to eat………JK, but it IS interesting!

MAIN DISHES:

Burger – 550 Calories (60 mins jogging/45 mins swimming/75 mins cycling, 145 mins walking)

Hot Dog – 315 Calories (35 mins jogging/25 mins swimming/40 mins cycling/80 mins walking)

Veggie Burger – 310 Calories (35 mins jogging/25 mins swimming/40 mins cycling/80 mins walking)

SIDES:

Chips – 160 Calories (20 mins jogging/15 mins swimming/25 mins cycling/45 mins walking)

Corn on the Cob – 60 (7 mins jogging/5 mins swimming/ 8 mins cycling/15 mins walking)

DESSERT:

Bowl of Ice Cream – 275 Calories (31 mins jogging/23 mins swimming/37 mins cycling/72 mins walking)

Fresh Strawberries – 46 Calories (24 mins jogging/17 mins swimming/28 mins cycling/55 mins walking)

Wedge of Watermelon – 46 Calories (10 mins jogging/7 mins swimming/13 mins cycling/24 mins walking)
