Its Time…..Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING!

 

 

Finally……my obsession with everything pumpkin is appropriate!  Now that we have that out in the open, I have to be honest, I use pumpkin all year long.  I also eat Turkey well before Thanksgiving.  I love both and just cannot seem to put them away……ANOTHER support group????

Today, I thought I’d share one of my BIG faves……a preworkout Pumpkin Spice Smoothie you can whip up in minutes.

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk first then the rest of the ingredients. Blend on medium high for about 90 seconds. Until smooth and creamy!

Nutrition Info:  Calories: 300 / Carbs: 49g / Fat: 6 g

**NOTE:  Both Protein Powder and Collagen Proteins are optional.
