Yes, I know, ice cream and fitness appear to be an oxymoron akin to jumbo shrimp. A friend introduced me to this crazy concept. Now, I am personally a rocky road fan preferably with chocolate jimmies (sprinkles) thrown in!   I feel obligated to try this.

It REALLY tastes like Ice Cream…….you could knock me over with a feather…..I recently tried a brand that bragged that anyone could eat the ENTIRE thing and not ingest fat or sugar.   All I have to say about that little experiement is… tastes like paper towels (or what I would guess they taste like…..)  Give this a try and let us know your thoughts about mixing ice cream into your fitness routine!
