5 MINUTE SUPER HEALTHY DRESSING

It appears I’m really into quick, super healthy foods this week. So……here is yet another 4 ingredient Dressing recipe. It’s creator, Sally Shimko of MySexyVeggies is a living example of the “healthy glow” in Miami.

I’ve tried this out on Missy K and pals and have seen the “thumbs up” every.single.time.

EAT. REAL. FOOD.

The 5️⃣ minute Ginger Salad Dressing: 4️⃣ ingredients
Fresh ginger root 
1 -2 lemons ( juice ) 
1/4 cup ""“>Braggs Liquid amino
1 T ""“>sesame oil / olive oil

??Instructions:
In your salad shaker or in a mason jar combine: lemon juice, 1/4 cup liquid amino, 1tbs sesame oil, 2tbs grated ginger ( or more ) mix it well , add water/ lemon / amino for the perfect consistency.
