I love the simplicity of this graphic. I think we just get buried these days with all of the “eating plans” and supplements on the market. It can be confusing and frustrating to try and do the “right” thing for your body. This cuts right through the “noise” and gives us some simple and concise ways to generate the “feel good” hormone.
