I recently participated in the reFRESH 5 day program. I loved how light and high-energy I felt at the end of the week. There were several smoothie recipes from which to choose…this was my favorite!
THE GREEN MONSTER
8 oz Raw Coconut Water
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 C Chopped Cucumber
Large handful of Spinach (I keep mine in the freezer for smoothies)
1 t minced, fresh ginger
1 t De-Bloat Flat Tummy Inulin (100% pure on our Obsession page)
1 t Spriulina or Chlorella, optional
Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Be sure to use a cute glass! Have the BEST morning.
