STAY HEALTHY AT THE GYM…
Corona Virus, common colds and flu season is upon us, is there anything those of us who go to a gym can do to stay healthy? The answer is YES!
I’m sharing 6 easy-to-do ideas to keep those germs at bay:
- Aim for clean machines. I take wipes to clean anything I touch at the gym.
- Shower after working out. Wear shower thongs (love these….)or shoes.
- Cover any cuts or scrapes while you work out. I just use a band-aid.
- Be aware but, don’t be afraid …
- Wash your hand often!
- Don’t touch your face while working out. It’s the fastest way to spread germs.
