My new Air Fryer (in slimming black, natch!) is sooooo easy to use and even easier to clean up! How can you go wrong with that combo??

This is a super busy week…just back in town from our Thanksgiving getaway and then on to a celebration this weekend!

After a week over-doing on the food and wine front…I am back on my eating program.

Here is my fave way to cook Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts so I can use them in salads, soups or just cut up into bite-sized pieces.


4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Avocado Oil / Pam Spray

Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

To Make:

Wash and pat dry chicken breasts

Spray Air Fryer basket

Season chicken breasts and place in fryer seasoned side up.

Cook at 360 degrees for 10 minutes and check.

Flip and repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Be sure to remove the breasts from the fryer. They DO continue to cook and will get dry if left in while you prep your side dishes!
