IT’S NOT SELFISH…’s necessary.

We are SO capable…we take care of everyone…and, when we finally have a moment, we feel guilty about spending 20 minutes in a hot bath soaking! What is that about?!

There are many ways of taking care of oneself. I thought I’d share something that works from the inside out.

Here are some herbs that you may or may not have heard of….and, they will keep your immunity humming along even with all of this winter/flu/COVID stuff going around.

Kelp – Huge source of Magnesium which is responsible for over 300 biochemical reactions.

Red Clover – Rids toxins from your lymphatic system, liver and spleen.

Rhubarb Root – High in antioxidants and has a calming effect on your digestive system.
