Ok, it’s done.

The cookie baking, tasting and general sugar consumption that, for me, begins in October and slides right on through December…

Pinterest makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE…..

Stunning, frosted yumminess topped with just the right amount of glittery sugar.

You know, right?!

Enough said.

As we ease back into our workouts and healthy eating (or at least an attempt!!) I have a healthy Breakfast Cookie recipe that’s both easy and sugar free! Yippee.


3 scoops of Protein Powder (I use Devotion Angel Food Cake Powder)

1/2 c Coconut Flour

1 T Cinnamon

1 Cardamom

1 T Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

2 Pkts Stevia

4 Egg Whites

1 C Mashed Banana (I used applesauce to save some calories)

1/4 – 1/2 C Nut Pods (or, unsweetened vanilla almond milk)


Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl until blended.

Beat egg whites in a medium bowl until frothy. Slowly add banana (or applesauce)

Stir egg white/banana mixture into dry ingredients, then add almond milk.

Separate into 6 large balls, and place on parchment paper.

Bake 20 – 22 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.

Transfer to wire rack to cool (if you can keep everyone away long enough).

Each large Breakfast Cookie has 26 grams of Protein AND 6 grams of fiber!
