Eat the spaghetti to forgetti your regretti.
Serves 4 · There’s a reason this baked feta pasta is going viral! Salty baked feta, sweet cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic, and basil are tossed with pasta to create this super easy delicious dish!
We decided to take it up a notch and make it tres, tres chic. Rather than using pasta (although I am a HUGE fan), I used Palmini Angel Hair (heart of palm pasta) to up the fiber. Keep in mind I used this substitution on an Italian and didn’t hear one complaint!
In a bowl combine Tahini (I used Somma), Rao Marinara and one egg. Stir until smooth and thoroughly combined.
Once combined add Palmiri Noodles and chicken (most recipes don’t have the protein added……so, you do you).
Next spray a silicone cupcake pan and fill with small pieces of Feta followed by a layer of small tomatoes and then the pasta mixture.
Place in pre-heated oven (375) for 25 – 30 minutes until done. I let mine cool for just a minute making it easier to get the “nests” out of the pan.
Garnish with greenery (cilantro, parsley, green onion) whatever you have on hand!
This little number has been on constant repeat with adults and kids.
