Just when you thought “fries” were out if you wanted to eat healthy!

Yay! Another misleading nutrition thought blown all to H___!

So, here ya go! My new snack or app-ie obsession…

All you really need to do is pick out a few PERFECTLY ripe avocados and air fry!

Air Fryer Fried Avocados

Soft and creamy on the inside, crunchy and satisfying on the outside.

  • Air Fryer


  • 1/2 C Flour (all purpose)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 lrg Eggs
  • 1 T Water
  • 1/2 C Panko Breadcrumbs (Japanese-style crumbs)
  • 2 Avocados
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 T Sriracha Chili Sauce


  • Stir flour and pepper in a shallow dish. Beat eggs and water in a second shallow dish. Place Panko in third shallow dish. Dredge avocado slices in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Dredge in Panko, pressing to adhere. Coat avocado wedges in cooking spray.
    Place avocado slices in air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees until golden.
    7 – 8 minutes / turning halfway through process. Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper and plate.
