Well, I’ve got you covered with this crisp, cold Summer Salad.
Candied Pecans or Walnuts
Purple Onion (optional)
Toss all ingredients together in large salad bowl. Mix thoroughly.
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Swerve (sugar substitute – use real sugar if you want)
1/2 tsp De-Bloat Inulin Fiber
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 T Vinegar
1 T Poppyseeds
4 T Face Nonfat Greek Yogurt
