WHAT IS ROUND, SHINY & RED ALL OVER?
This is the EASIEST recipe evaaaaa.
Place a layer of super sweet cherry tomatoes (I used my Mini Chocolate Stripey harvest) on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Pre-heat your oven to 250 degrees.
Drizzle olive oil over tomatoes. Sprinkle Sea Salt on top.
Slow-bake tomatoes in oven for 2 hours. The smell is just amazing!
Remove from oven and let cool. I store mine in an airtight container.
They are fabulous over halibut or Palmiri Plant-Based Pasta Noodles.
