1 C Cherries, frozen
1/2 Banana, frozen
1 C Spinach
1 T Cocao Powder
1T MCT Oil
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
Vanilla, dash
Chia Seeds
Add in Unsweetened almond milk when ready to blend in high speed blender.
