Remember when all you saw on Instagram was Banana Bread?

Loaves, muffins even smoothies…

How many times did I glance over to my counter and see beautiful, yellow bananas and think….maybe next week. And, so it went…..

Well, if you were in the same boat, I’ve got a little trick for you!

Take your nice yellow bananas and place them on a baking sheet (I line mine with parchment paper). Put them in the oven (with peels on) at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes and cook. They will turn black. Cool them and you have PERFECTLY ripened bananas for your bread or muffins!

Easy, right?! Enjoy.
