
You just had the BEST “run” day ever.
The day has gone smoothly….there is a hot bath running.
You lie down and quickly fall asleep.
Perfect, right?
A BIG leg cramp hits and you bolt upright in response.

Why Epsom salts?
Epsom salts do more than make your bath relaxing. Epsom salt is Magnesium.
