  • High-speed blender

Ingredients

  • 10 hard-boiled egg whites place in blender
  • 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup SWERVE Confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp Orange Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Salt Optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into blender. Blend at high-speed until smooth. Drink or place in freezer to make if more like ice cream.
  • You can keep this in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
