  • slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 6 T butter
  • 1/2 C Swerve brown sugar
  • 1/4 C Honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 6 C Popped Corn
  • 1 C Salted Peanuts

Instructions

  • Place first 5 ingredients in 6 qt cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH until melted. 20 minutes.
  • Stir in popcorn and peanuts; cover. Cook on HIGH, stirring occasionally. 1 hour. Uncover; cook additional 30 minutes. Spread mixture evenly onto parchment-lined baking sheet; let cool 15 minutes.
