HAPPY HORMONE CARAMEL CORN
- slow cooker
- 6 T butter
- 1/2 C Swerve brown sugar
- 1/4 C Honey
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 C Popped Corn
- 1 C Salted Peanuts
- Place first 5 ingredients in 6 qt cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH until melted. 20 minutes.
- Stir in popcorn and peanuts; cover. Cook on HIGH, stirring occasionally. 1 hour. Uncover; cook additional 30 minutes. Spread mixture evenly onto parchment-lined baking sheet; let cool 15 minutes.
