Remember when we used to fight going to bed?

We’d whine and drag our feet going up the stairs…

I don’t know about you but, I cannot get in bed fast enough these days.

It could be the pace at which we move today or, we just pack too many things into one little day.

Whatever the cause, I hear it from everyone. We need MORE snooze time!

If you find yourself feeling “foggy”, low energy, depressed, craving sugar or salt or lightheaded – you may have Adrenal Fatigue. It happens when we are exposed to stress over a prolonged period of time.

The great news is – you can do some pretty simple things to get rid of it!

12 Steps to Combat Adrenal Fatigue

  1. Eat a Meal Within an Hour After Waking.  
  2. Skip Processed Foods.
  3. Say No to High Impact Exercise.
  4. Say Yes to Fresh Air.  
  5. Take B Vitamins.
  6. Get Lots of Sleep.
  7. Include Protein.  
  8. No Caffeine.
  9. Increase Magnesium intake.
  10. Epsom Salt Soaks – this is a personal fave – I take one nightly.
  11. Drink more water.
  12. Eat regular meals.

One tip I have implemented on a daily basis: Turn off the TV – we do NOT need a constant stream of negativity – of course, this excludes a great golf tournament!
