I LOVE COFFEE.
Steaming hot and creamy…coffee without creamer for me is just black liquid.
I’ve tried it without creamer and it just doesn’t cut it for me.
It also has to be SCALDING hot. Warm or iced is just not going to make it.
So, I’ve been watching the flood of creamers hitting the market in recent years. Dairy, non-dairy, powder, plant-based and functional – there is something for everyone.
How do you choose? Well, one rule of thumb is to make sure your creamer is additive free, chemical free and does not have unhealthy oils. You also want to make sure not to choose a creamer with lots of sugar or high-fructose corn syrup. Both add unnecessary calories to your beloved cup of coffee.
