Boy, she really got us this time….
Okay, I know it sounds dicey – but, this little waffle has more lives than your cat!
First, it has a really “sassy” name – Chaffles.
Ever tasted one either sweet or savory? Well, sit down and try this…
BASIC CHAFFLE RECIPE:
1/4 oz butter, melted
1 large egg
1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 T almond flour
Sounds sooooo weird, right?!
Pre-heat your waffle iron.
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
Be sure to have PAM or some additional melted butter to grease the waffle iron.
Spoon mixture into waffle iron and cook.
CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW GREAT THEY TASTE???!!!
You can literally make them with cinnamon or chocolate drizzle or fruit or smoked salmon….AND, they taste amazing in all versions!
