Watermelon has a little secret we all need to know …

It contains a large amount of water AND a decent amount of fiber as well.

So, why is that important to you and me?

Well, it may be a bit early in the day to bring this up – but, I know you can handle it.

Gut health. Healthy bowel movements.

There, it’s out there.

Both the water and fiber in fresh watermelon assist with good digestion. Which is key in keeping our bodies healthy and functioning correctly.

Today, if you wander by your produce section and see a brilliant red watermelon sitting there…..don’t overthink it – just buy it, take it home and enjoy all of those summer vibes:)
