3 INGREDIENT PROTEIN PANCAKES

Remember when we all made pancakes out of a box?

And, then smothered them in Maple-flavored syrup….

Then, finished it with 1/2 stick of real butter.

What if we could get that same flavor fix from just THREE real-food ingredients?

For those like me – “OKAY” in the kitchen and a little short on time, this recipe will make you smile.

3 INGREDIENT PANCAKES

TIME: 5 minutes

SERVES: 1

1/2 ripe banana – smashed

1 egg – beaten

1 scoop Rob Roy Egg White Powder I use this one because it’s SOOOO clean and pure.

NOTE: For those asking about dish – Vietri

TO MAKE:

Thoroughly smash a ripe banana in bowl. Add egg and whisk until completely combined.

Slowly add Protein Powder.

Spray small skillet with PAM or other non-stick oil.

Heat to medium and pour in batter. You can make a bunch of small cakes or, make a KILLER pancake like I did:)

NOTE: Add a “smidge” of Walden’s Syrup or Real Maple Syrup (this will NOT impede your weight loss) and throw a berry or two on top!
