What is the ONE thing your brain cannot function without?

Go ahead, take a guess.

It’s FAT.

OMG! There’s that word again – it’s everywhere. And, sadly…it’s given a bad rap.

Your brain is made up of 60% fat, and much of that is Omega3 Fatty Acids. Therefore, Omega 3’s are ESSENTIAL for brain function.


What can we do to ensure that balance?

Simple. Eat fatty fish like Mackeral, Salmon, Herring or tuna at least 2x per week. Or, find a great supplement – I have used this one for years. It has an orange taste and there are no “fish” burps – this is something I hear a lot from clients who have tried other brands. There is also a liquid form (I use this one too) that comes in lots of really tasty flavors.
