ORANGE BALSAMIC DRESSING

1 Lrg Orange (zest & juice)

1/2 C Olive Oil

2 T Balsamic Vinegar

2 T Honey

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients in food processor EXCEPT olive oil.

While still processing, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to keep it from solidifying once refrigerated.

Pour into jar or bottle and store in fridge.
