HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE!
I hope everyone had lots of time with family and friends, ate too much and laughed until your cheeks hurt.
As promised, I’m sharing our first stop – Munich, Germany.
Our newest tradition, the European Christmas Markets (if you’ve been here a hot minute, you might remember last year’s Paris/Milan trip).
Europe has been hosting these Markets for hundreds of years and they are absolutely jaw-dropping in simplicity, tradition and beauty. It really is like walking inside a snow globe!
Munich Christmas Market (Christkindlmarkt) at Marienplatz
Dating back to the 14th century, this is the main Christmas Market in Munich and it’s considered the most authentic. Although, with it being in Munich’s main square it can get a bit crowded.
The people were friendly and happy to share the history of their Market. Add this one to your Bucket List!
