INGREDIENTS:
2 flour tortillas
1 C Shredded Chicken Breast
1/3 C Ray’s Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
1/3 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tomato, diced
Avocado
1/3 C diced red onion
1/2 C Shredded lettuce
1/4 C Ranch Dressing (lite)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
I buy shredded chicken breast at the market to save time during the week.
Chop all veggies
Mix chicken with BBQ Sauce
Take tortillas and sprinkle cheese, top with bbq chicken, red onion, tomato and lettuce.
Drizzle with Ranch Dressing (lite kind)
