Try these super quick, healthy, tasty little round things…
Ok, they’re BAGELS!
Here is how you make them.
1/2 C Tahini (I use SOOM)
3 Scoops One Ingredient Prebiotic (8-9 T)
2 T Chia Seeds
2 T Honey (I use Manuka)
1 tsp Baking Powder
pinch of salt
You can top with anything you like. I sometimes use “Everything But The Bagel” seasoning. But, you really don’t need anything….they are amazing just out of the mold.
HOW TO MAKE:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and stir until smooth and creamy biege-y.
Pour batter into donut or bagel molds (I use these).
Sprinkle with your favorite topping or nothing at all:)
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes (I find 13 minutes is perfect) or until golden brown and comes out of mold easily.
