SPRING IS AROUND THE CORNER AND THIS RECIPE IS PERFECT!

I WOKE to a strange sound this morning.

For the first time in months, I heard birds chirping.

That’s right, Spring is coming. (although we are still having random snow flurries)

So, I’m already thinking light, tasty citrusy things to serve on the deck when the sun is shining and we can wear those cute sundresses that are hanging in the closet.

This is super simple, creamy and just shouts SPRING/SUMMER.

CREAMY MANDARIN FROSTY – Make for 1 or more:)

1 bag of Mandarin Cuties

Place 6 Cuties in the freezer and leave overnight.  When ready, remove them from freezer, peel and place sections in food processor.

Blend cuties and serve in cute, summer bowls.  I add berries if I have them on hand.  If not…it’s great as is.
