This side dish has become a real crowd favorite at my house!

You can serve this “drizzled” on a platter or, as a “dippy” with sauce on the side😍

1 lb green beans, washed & trimmed
2 T Tahini
1 clove Garlic, diced
Graded zest and juice of 1 lemon

Steam beans. Drain, reserve cooking water💦

Mix tahini, garlic, lemon zest and juice, and salt and pepper. Use reserved water to thin mixture if needed.

Toss green beans with mixture and serve warm. Garnish with sesame seeds.

Serves 4

One question I am asked everyday is “which diet is most effective?”

I don’t think any one diet or eating plan works for everyone. And, as you might guess, the really strict ones are not sustainable.

My personal thought on this is to find what works beat for YOU. What foods are helpful in your fitness journey? Does gobbling down a hard boiled egg in the car help? Probably not....

I’ve tried lots and lots of eating plans...what I can tell you for certain is they have to fit your lifestyle and activity level. And, if you notice some “side benefits” like clear skin or better digestion.., you are likely on the right track!

Air Fryer Parmesan Garbanzo Beans

Drain a can of Garbanzo beans and place on paper towels to dry. This is the SECRET step... make sure to dry beans completely.

Toss beans with Olive Oil and coat with Parmesan Cheese. Spread them evenly in air fryer.

Cook for 5 minutes..check crispiness and cook another 5 minutes.

Remove and enjoy❣️

Turns out, water is elixir for the brain...we need to consume large amounts of it to stay sharp and functioning.

The brain is 75% water, and every day we lose 60 - 84 ounces just through normal body function.💦
Even a 1-2% drop in fluids can affect your ability to focus and can lead to brain fog!

The National Academy of Medicine suggests that women consume about 91 ounces per day.

20% of that can come from hydrating foods, like cucumbers, celery, strawberries, and grapefruit. The rest should cone from good old water.
