Ingredients

  • 2 C Baby Spinach or Kale
  • 1/2 C berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 C Nut Milk
  • 1/2 C Plain Yogurt (Fat Free)
  • 3 Dates, soaked in water
  • 1 T Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender with ice to taste and blend until smooth. Store unused portion in fridge.
